Your intrinsic value is your innate, inherent value that is inseparable from you. It is who you are after subtracting all external qualities away from you. I know quite alright that at a junction in your life, you were frustrated, or as you are reading this, you are in your season of great depression, never you worry, and that’s why I’m prompted by the Holy Spirit to get this writings across to you.  Being frustrated has nothing to do with the amount of money you have in your bank account, for even the rich also cry. But it’s one of the stages we must pass through in life if we are truly aiming for the top.   Even the powerful, influential figures we look up to in our societies are at one point in their life frustrated, some might have even contemplated suicide before, but now you see them as an achiever.  Those moments of depression and frustration are the dark moments of your life. Many times, we are in the situation where there will be no encouragement from any corner, those you look up to for strength will fail you in an unimaginable way, then this is the time for you to brace up and encourage yourself like David did in this passage.
